RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Is it possible to return an item?

Absolutely, returns are free and can be made within 15 days from the collection of the package.

Is the return free of charge?

Yes, returns are always free if you use our courier.

How do I return my item?

You can return your items using the return label you received with the package: doing so, your return will be free.

Is it possible to make exchange a product?

We are sorry but we don’t accept exchanges. However, please note that you can always choose to return your items: the amount spent will be refunded back to you and – in the meantime - you can place a new order.

How many days do I have to return my items?

Since you collect your items, you have 15 days time to return them.

After the return, how will I receive the amount of my refund?

The amount you spent will be refunded to the same payment method used to make your purchase.

Can I make the return with a different courier?

Of course, you can make the return with the courier you prefer. However, please note that by choosing a different courier, the return shipping costs will be at your expense (whereas with the return label you received with your items, returns are always free).

Is it possible for a return to be rejected?

Yes, the outcome of a return depends solely on the condition of the returned items: the items must be in perfect condition, undamaged, unwashed, and untreated.

PROBLEMS WITH THE ORDER

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

We are sorry, once the order has been confirmed it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.

I did not receive any e-mail confirmation for my order. What should I do?

Have you already checked your spam or junk mail folder? Sometimes e-mails play tricks on you. If the e-mail is not there, please contact our Customer Service on WhatsApp or write to info@4teens.it, we will be happy to help you!

I did not receive any update on the status of my order. What should I do?

If the status of your order has not been marked yet as "confirmed", we are probably working on your order and will update it shortly. If you have received the order confirmation e-mail, you should have received an e-mail with the courier tracking number to see where your package is. For further information, you can always contact our Customer Service.

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

Please always remember to check the courier's tracking number to see where your order is located. If your order is marked as “delivered" but you never received it, please contact our Customer Service immediately.

Where is my order?

You can always track the shipment of your parcel via courier's tracking number that you received at the e-mail address used to make the purchase.

The item I received is not what I ordered or is defective. What should I do?

First of all, we are sorry that there has been a problem with your order.

In such cases, we invite you to contact our Customer Service so that we can decide together how to proceed - after you have returned your order free of charge*: once we confirm that the item is indeed defective or different from the one you ordered, we will be able to send you the correct order again or issue a refund to your payment method.

*Please note that the return is free of charge using the label found in your parcel and can be made within 15 days from the delivery of the items.

Items are missing from my order. What should I do?

Firstly, we are truly sorry that there was a problem with your order. Please contact our Customer Service and we will immediately dispatch the missing items.

How do I find out the right size for me?

To find out which size is right for you, remember to check the size guide! We suggest you pay particular attention to the chest and waist area.

What does “no pilling” mean?

'No pilling' means that all our cashmere collection does not have the typical 'pilling' of fluff that forms with wearing and washing the items.
